'Tuna Kimch jjigae' RECIPE.





STUFF: Kimchi, Kimchi juice, tuna can, Chungyang red pepper, red pepper foul, bean curd, anchovy juice, perilla oil. :D

1. Cut Kimchi, and fry with some perilla oil.
2. In the anchovy juice(with some water) put the Kimchi and Boil.
3. Open the tuna can and than put them on the 2.
4. Slice bean curd and put them on the 3.
5. Pour the Kimchi juice, sprinkle red pepper foul and put the Chungyang red pepper.
6. Stir them.
7. Taste.
8. If you don't like it's taste, that time you can put some more.
9. Serve and eat ^A^


* This time MUST using the delicious Kimchi. That makes more easy to cook.

** Acturaly if you want we can put there the other things. Like spam, beef, egg, slice rice cake etc...

  2. oh ! if you want anytime. but i think if i cook this... you feel little bit strange because of smell.
